… Orgasm by Nars is the blush every bride should probably wear on her wedding day.  It has some magical combination of rosy and gold that makes every woman–fair-skinned or dark, old or young, hippie or diva–look flushed and glowy and pretty. Yes, just like she had a… well, you know.

And you thought it was just a clever name.

The title of this little post is a direct quote from the beaming and beautiful bride pictured here, Mrs. Ashley Savage (nee Bez). The title of this post is WHY we are in the bridal biz; we love nothing more than a happy bride. So: smiles all around.

You all remember our dear pal Meredith of Regas New York, don’t you? We sat her down a year or two back to discuss the world of wedding invitation etiquette, and she has since been Thread’s go-to for anything and everything paper-related: event invitations, holiday cards, stationary, baby announcements and–most recently–Nicole‘s wedding invitations. Well, given the sheer amount of praise bestowed upon Nicole for said invitations, we think it our duty to remind our lovely Thread brides-to-be to check out the newly launched Regas New York site stat.  Because if there is anything a bride absolutely adores, it’s praise in regards to her wedding. Are we right, or are we right?

Yes, we blatantly ‘borrowed’ the title of this post (as well as the pictures) from the darling blog Green Wedding Shoes, because, well, have you ever  heard of a more FUN-sounding affair? A beer garden wedding? Yes, please. And, amazingly, the reality of this beer garden wedding seems to be even better than the sound of it. The pops of color, the streamers, the crisp attention to detail — looks like it was one heck of a party. Congratulations, Emily & Matt!
