Online Ordering is available over the internet. Please have the bride and bridesmaids complete their respective forms and send them back to THREAD, 26 West 17th Street, New York, NY 10011 or via F: 212.414.9169. Once the packet has been received in its entirety a sales representative will contact you and finalize the order. Once the order has been confirmed the sale is final.

Sizes THREAD dresses are by size only. Given each bridesmaid's measurements, we work with each individual to decide upon which size would work best with our sizing charts. To ensure the most accurate sizing, we highly recommend having your measurements taken professionally, either in our showroom or at a dry cleaner or tailor. If this is not possible, we also include with the sizing chart a diagram of how to take your measurements. This is the most important step to ensure the best fit, so please go over it carefully. For pregnant bridesmaids, we cannot guarantee dresses to perfectly accommodate changes in sizes, but we will work with the bridesmaid to the best of our ability to choose a style that will work within these limitations.

Alterations THREAD has designed specific patterns for all of our dresses. If you would like to make alterations to any of the styles, they can only be adjusted after you receive the dress. You may take your dress to a seamstress or tailor for further customizing.

Delivery 14 weeks from receipt of full payment from all of the bridesmaids or bride. A shipping charge of $15.00 per dress is added for dresses mailed within the United States. We ship UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, with an additional charge for next-day air. Signature is required upon delivery, unless otherwise specified by customer.

Payment Full payment from all bridesmaids must be received before the dresses are put into production. We accept most major credit cards and personal checks.

Tax 8.875% New York sales tax will be added to the price of dresses shipped within New York State.

Return Policy All sales are final.
